ProCrossFit and AN Nutrition Procrossfit and AN nutrition is owned and run by Aditi Shah and Nilesh Mashilkar. We are experts in human movement and have a key role in prevention, identification, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of individuals when movement and function are affected by ageing, injury, diseases or neurological conditions by applying different traditional therapies like cupping therapy, needle (acupuncture) therapy, hammer Therapy, manipulation therapy, etc. We are experts in pediatric conditions like Gross motor delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Down Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury, Hypotonia, Muscular Dystrophy or other neuromuscular challenges, Other genetic disorders, Weight challenges and Athlete. For the above pediatric conditions, our training includes : Stretching, Strengthening, Re-educating normal movement patterns, Balance training, Improving standing and quality of walking, Advice and support for parents, Milestone development, Working on fine and gross motor skills. We are experts in prenatal (before birth) and postpartum (after birth) healthcare for expectant mothers. It involves training to ensure a healthy pregnancy and fast recovery after delivery. We support people at all stages of life to recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and movement and maximise function and quality of life. Our goal is to provide a complete recovery for patients recovering from any physical injury or disease. Our exercises aim to return full function through re-building muscle strength, endurance, power and improving overall flexibility and mobility.
